10th Pass Fresher Resume Example

A 10th pass resume should be short, simple and honest: your Class 10 board and marks, the work you have actually done, such as helping in a shop or a seasonal packing job, and practical skills like billing, UPI payments, smartphone apps and a driving licence. Employers hiring store assistants, warehouse staff and delivery executives read it in a minute, so one page with clear bullets is enough. The sample below is for a store assistant and warehouse job.

Tips to make your 10th pass fresher resume stand out

Write real work, even if it was informal

Helping in a shop, festive-season packing, loading work or home deliveries all count as experience. Write the shop or company name, the months you worked and 2–4 bullets about what you did every day, with simple numbers like customers served or orders packed.

Add your driving licence and phone skills

For delivery, field and many store jobs, a valid two-wheeler licence is often asked for. List it under Certificates with the licence type. Also mention apps you use daily, such as UPI apps, a billing app, WhatsApp Business and Google Maps.

Keep words simple and the resume to one page

You don't need difficult English. Short, clear lines like 'Packed 250–300 orders a shift' are easier for a store manager to read. Keep everything on one page, and download it from this page as a PDF for WhatsApp or email, or as Word to edit later.

Mention seasonal work and say when you can join

Warehouses and shops hire extra staff before festivals and sales. If you have worked a festive season before, list it with the dates. In your summary, say the area you want to work in, so the employer knows you can reach the workplace.

Frequently asked questions

How do I make a resume as a 10th pass?

Write your name, phone number and area at the top, then a 2–3 line summary with the job you want. Add your work, even part-time or family work, with dates and a few bullets. Then write Class 10 with board, year and percentage, your skills, a driving licence if you have one, and the languages you speak. Keep it simple and on one page.

Which jobs can a 10th pass person apply for?

10th pass candidates commonly apply for store helper and retail assistant, warehouse picker and packer, loader, delivery executive, security guard, housekeeping and field helper jobs. Many also join an ITI course for a trade job later. Each employer sets its own requirements, such as a driving licence or a minimum age, so read the job post carefully before applying.

Can I make a resume without any work experience after 10th?

Yes. Start with your Class 10 marks and the skills you can use today, such as UPI payments, billing apps, basic counting, smartphone use or riding a two-wheeler. Add anything you have done to help others, like helping in a relative's shop, a school event or a local festival. A short, honest resume is better than one filled with skills you cannot show.
