Yes. The builder, all templates, versions, PDF download and Google Drive sync are free with no sign-up. AI features use your own API key, so you pay your AI provider directly for what you use — usually a few cents.
Use a clean, single-reading-order layout with standard section headings (Experience, Education, Skills), put keywords from the job description in your bullets and skills, and export a PDF with real text rather than an image. Every Aucio Resume template follows these rules, and its PDFs contain selectable text in reading order.
Yes. Import your old resume or type rough notes, then use the AI button on any field to improve the wording, add measurable impact, shorten, expand or fix grammar. You see every change as a highlighted diff and decide whether to accept it; the AI is told never to invent employers, dates or numbers.

One page is the usual expectation for students and early-career roles; two pages is common for experienced and senior candidates. Aucio Resume shows live page breaks and has a “Fit to 1 page” button that tightens spacing and sizes automatically.

Resumes are saved as files in a “Resume Builder” folder in your Google Drive and sync across your devices. The app uses Google's limited drive.file permission, so it can only see files it created or that you open with it — nothing else in your Drive.
